How I Work

My Approach

Transformation starts from within. Not from validation, not from reinvention—from reconnecting with what's always been true about you.

You have gifts, values, and strengths that are entirely yours. My role? Help you see them clearly again. Draw out what's already there, beneath the layers of "shoulds" that accumulate over a career.

When you lead from alignment—from your core values and authentic self—everything shifts. The ripple effect begins. It shows up in your decisions, your presence, your relationships. Those ripples extend outward, touching your team, your family, your world.

Here's what matters most: the ripple effect doesn't require dramatic leaps. It starts with small, regular actions that compound over time. Consistent movement toward alignment, not perfection.

That's the work we do together.

What Makes My Approach Different

I've spent years in fast-paced corporate environments. I understand the pressure, the complexity, the constant demands. I know what it's like to juggle competing priorities, lead through uncertainty, and carry the weight of responsibility.

I don't coach from theory. I coach from lived experience in the world you're navigating right now.

My style is structured but flowing. I bring frameworks when you need them, but I follow where the conversation needs to go. I'm gentle and supportive—trust matters—but I ask the questions that need asking.

Because real transformation happens when you're ready to be honest with yourself and take steps toward what matters most.

How Sessions Work

Format:

Sessions are typically held via Zoom or Microsoft Teams for flexibility. In-person sessions are available when needed and practical.

Duration:

Each session is up to one hour—long enough to go deep, focused enough to maintain momentum.

Between Sessions:

The work doesn't stop when our call ends. I may suggest reflections, small actions, or practices to explore between sessions. These aren't homework assignments—they're invitations to keep the ripple effect moving.

Frequency:

For programs, we typically meet weekly. This creates consistency and momentum while giving you space to integrate what we're exploring.
